Jeff

Jeff is a native of Chicago, Illinois, where he graduated Englewood High School. Jeff is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was President of the Black Law Students Association; recognized as a Harno Fellow (Top 10% of Class Recognition his third year); and Topics Editor of the Recent Decisions Law Journal. In addition to 25 years of practicing law in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation, and municipal finance, Jeff is Chief Executive Officer of RPG, LLC (RPG). RPG is a full-service real estate management and development company, with a focus on urban transformative and catalytic projects. Jeff is a member of Leadership Atlanta, The Lawyer’s Club of Atlanta, Morehouse College National Alumni Association, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and other civic and professional organizations. Jeff is married with two children.
